THE PASTOR'S VISION

To see people discipled in and dependent upon the Lord Jesus Christ.  A place where people are focused face-to-face with their Father, God Almighty.  People will individually know Holy Spirit, personally, in a daily communicative relationship.

Spontaneous praise and worship will always be present in the lives of the people.  Fellowship will be the outward evidence of an inward change of the heart; giving place to God to knead lives into relationships that produce the ministry of Jesus.

The result will be the outward change of character where evangelism will not be a designated program, but the natural character of the love of Christ for the world, as well as other believers.  Benevolence will be the lifestyle of the people and aid and assistance will be an understanding of planting a perpetual crop to bear fruit for the Kingdom, so that we will always operate out of our abundance.

We will have an entire body of "Through Jesus, People Reaching People"!

Pastor Steve

YOU HAVE A COVENANT...

Being a Christian is more than just a born-again experience, but rather entering into a covenant relationship based on His love, mercy, grace, and forgiveness.

Salvation is not just receiving Christ into your heart and coming to know Jesus as your Savior alone.  It is receiving the provision provided by a Father who has adopted you to fill your life with everything you need for spirit, soul, and body (II Peter 1:1-9).

Covenant is a relationship based on exchanging our poverty for His riches, our sickness for His healing, and our sin for His righteousness.  A covenant with nothing missing, nothing broken.  A covenant with provision that has been provided by His faith, which He gives us to receive it all with.  We live in the abundance of His love.

GOD WANTS YOU HEALED...AND WE DO, TOO!

Your body is physical.  It responds to what your mind (soul) directs it to do.  Combine this truth with the spiritual reality of the Word of God and the stage is set for a miracle.  In order to pray the prayer of faith, we must understand that God never causes us to be sick, and especially not (as some would say) "to strengthen us" or "to teach us a lesson".  James 1:13 tells us that we are not to say that God tempts (tries or tests) us.  James 1:17 says that every good and perfect gift comes from God.

"Heavenly Father, I give voice to Your Word.  The spirit of life in I Peter 2:24 is causing my body to conform to Your Word.  Your life is energizing every cell of my body."

"Your Word is manifest in my body, causing growths to disappear.  Arthritis is a thing of the past.  I make a demand on my bones and joints to function properly in Jesus' name."
(Mark 11:23; Matthew 17:20)

"Jesus bore my sickness and carried my pain.  Therefore I give no place to sickness or pain.  For God sent His Word and healed me."(Psalms 107:20)

"Sickness must flee for the Spirit of God is upon me and the Word of God is within me.  Sickness, fear, and oppression have no power over me for God's Word is my confession."
(Mark 11:23)

"Father, Your Word has become a part of me.  It is flowing in my bloodstream.  It flows to every cell of my body, restoring and transforming my body.  Your Word is becoming flesh; for You sent Your Word and healed me."
(James 1:21; Psalms 107:20; Proverbs 13:3)

"I present my body to God for it its the temple of the Living God.  God dwells in me and His life permeates my spirit, soul, and body so that I am being filled with the fullness of God daily."
(Romans 12:1,2; John 14:20)

"Jesus took my infirmities and bore my sickness.  Therefore I refuse to allow sickness to dominate my body.  The Life of God flows in my body and brings healing to every fiber of my being."
(Matthew 8:17; John 6:63)
